And now...crisp and refined hand-embroidered Italian table linens complete the Juliska table setting. Staying true to Juliska's versatile spirit, all pieces are both stylish and practical - traditional and modern. Juliska Glass Juliska is mouth-blown by artisans in the hills outside Prague. The techniques they use have been passed down through generations of skilled glassmakers. Working on each item in teams of three, the artisans have perfected a seamless sequence of motions to create the finished pieces.
Each piece of Juliska is rigorously checked and is individually signed. Always demand this revered hallmark as your guarantee of its origin, authenticity and superior quality. Care Juliska glass is lead free. Dishwasher safe on a warm gentle cycle with a mild detergent. Wash larger or highly decorated pieces by hand. Juliska ceramics have been made from "fine stoneware" to ensure everyday practicality. They can go straight from the freezer into the oven up to 500 degrees. They are also guaranteed for microwave and dishwasher! This vitrified ceramic is highly resistant to chipping and breaking. Made in Portugal. Juliska Linens are hand embroidered, 100% Italian Linen. Machine-washable on a warm cycle.

Juliska's rich European heritage in mouth-blown glass spans over six centuries. Many of the original glass pieces can be found in museums around the world.
The unique composition of Juliska glass allows it to be blown especilly thin, making the glass an unexpected pleasure to drink from, and to handle. Being handmade, no two pieces of Juliska are identical. Each will have its own individual character - small bubbles, slight color and size variations.
